Riadel Manzano is a skilled aircraft mechanic with over a decade of experience in aviation maintenance. Based in East Williston, New York, she specializes in ensuring the safety and performance of aircraft, currently working with a major airline at LaGuardia Airport. A certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technician and a graduate of Vaughn College of Aeronautics, Riadel has built her career by excelling in a traditionally male-dominated field. Passionate about inspiring others, she mentors young women and promotes diversity in STEM through workshops and outreach programs. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, exploring Long Island, and building model airplanes.
